12-year-old girl caged durring PETA protest

A 12-year-old girl was caged during a PETA protest outside a Ringling Brothers Barnum and Baily Circus in Nouth Carolina. The girl volunteered for the role, meant to represent the suffering of the caged circus animals, and her mother consented. However, many spectators say involving children in protests crosses a line. What do think? Is it ethical to include children in protests? For more information you can read the WCNC article or watch the video.

Although this girl and her mother gave permission for the child to be caged, I think the problem is that children are not given the facts from both sides to make educated decisions. I highly doubt that this girl has ever talked to a real livestock producer or even been on a real farm.
